The Church Eaton Cricket Club Fantasy Cricket League is now live for the upcoming season, offering players, members and supporters the chance to get involved in a fun and competitive club-wide challenge.

Participants can build their own fantasy team using players from across the club, earning points based on real performances in Saturday league matches, Sunday fixtures, T20 games and friendlies throughout the season.

The competition will run in two formats: a traditional league table and a knockout cup, giving everyone multiple chances to compete for honours.

Entry costs £10 per team and the league features a range of bar credit prizes:

League Competition:
1st Place – £50 bar credit
2nd Place – £30 bar credit
3rd Place – £20 bar credit
Wooden Spoon – Prize to be confirmed

Alongside the league, the “Village Cup of Dreams” knockout competition will run throughout the season:

Winner – £30 bar credit
Runner-up – £20 bar credit

The game is managed through a simple mobile app, making it easy for participants to select teams, make transfers and track their progress each week.

The club is aiming to reach a minimum of 35 entries ahead of the season start. If this target is achieved, an additional bar credit prize will be added to the competition.
